We recommend securing your wedding transportation 6 to 9 months in advance of your event. However, we are happy to accommodate shorter time frames, depending on availability.

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 20% deposit. Once we receive both, your wedding date is officially booked! Once the deposit is paid, you will have the option to pay in full or choose a payment plan.

The final balance is due 15 days before your wedding. We’ll send a reminder with a breakdown of any remaining fees to ensure everything is in order. Any additional fees incurred on your wedding day will be invoiced on the next business day after the event.

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel up to two months before your event for a full refund, minus a 20% deposit. Cancellations made within two months of the event may result in forfeiture of any payments made. Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, but additional fees may apply, particularly for changes made within two months of the wedding date.

Yes, our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Please let your representative know that an accessible vehicle may be required for your event.

Yes! We’re pet-friendly and happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to join the celebration. We ask that pets remain leashed and have a responsible person with them during transportation. In the event of any mess, cleaning fees will apply, starting at $250 per vehicle.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for anyone traveling to your event from airports, bus stations, or within the local area.

We understand that unexpected delays or changes may arise during your event. At Sterling Elite, we ensure that our vehicles are never double-booked for your event. Our chauffeur and vehicle will remain on-site for the entire duration of your event, accommodating your needs, or until the designated point of contact releases the chauffeur from duties.
If your schedule changes before the event date, please contact your representative promptly to adjust your transportation timeline.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) and alcohol (without a driver partition) are not allowed in any of our vehicles. Cleaning fees will apply for violations starting at $250 per vehicle.
Additionally, please ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle's capacity for safety reasons.
