Our Private Airport Shuttle is a simple, cost-effective transportation option providing direct transfers between airports and select destinations. This service operates strictly between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

The shuttle provides service to and from Portland International Jetport (PWM), Bangor International Airport (BGR), and the Portland Transportation Center, originating from the Mid-Coast. Shuttle service to airports, hotels, train and bus stations, and boat excursions.

Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team directly. Advance booking is recommended.

This is a private service, reserved exclusively for you and your party uup to 5 passengers.

Travel time varies depending on route, traffic, and weather conditions. Plan a minimum of 2 hours of travel time.

Please allow extra time, especially when traveling to the airport.

Passengers should be ready at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled pickup time.

Standard luggage allowances apply. Oversized items, extra bags, skis, bicycles, or special equipment should be declared at the time of booking.

Please notify Sterling Elite as soon as possible if your flight is delayed. Accommodations depend on availability and scheduling; options will always be given.

5-point forward facing child seats and booster seats may be available upon request. Please request them during booking to ensure availability.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to the full trip charge.

• Weather conditions and flight cancellations will be taken into consideration.

Well-behaved pets are welcome on the shared shuttle. Pets must be kept on a leash or in an appropriate carrier/cage at all times and must be accompanied and supervised by their owner for the duration of the trip.

A $25 fee applies per pet. In the event of excessive mess or damage, a cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply.

Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be traveling with a pet.
