How far in advance should I book my wedding?
As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, church and reception location, it is a good idea to book your limousine. The wedding season books quite early for specialty vehicles, so you will want to make your reservation as soon as you have your information. We also offer a discount for weddings that are not on Saturdays.
How do I go about booking my wedding?
Either call or email Kellie, our special events coordinator. She can be reached at 207-785-3100 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. When you decide to book, we will need a general itinerary for your wedding day, pertinent contact information and a nonrefundable deposit on limousine service or sedan, SUV or van service. We will follow up 10 days prior to the wedding to confirm all details and collect the balance due.
Are there any discounts for booking my other wedding events?
Yes, If you book your wedding transportation with us, any other wedding related events will receive 10% off.
What does the chauffeur carry with him on weddings?
The chauffeur carries a "wedding emergency kit" on every wedding outing. The kit includes: First aid kit, sewing kit, asprin, comb/brush, dental floss, emery board, hairspray, handkerchief, mints, small mirror, bobby pins, hair elastics, static guard.
What do I get in a wedding package?
Our wedding package includes complimentary champagne or sparkling cider, bottled water, red wedding carpet, “Just Married” sign and a professionally trained and attired chauffeur. The chauffeur is there for you and to serve your needs, so additional stops and changes to your schedule within your rental time can be made at the last minute with no additional charge.
Can I smoke in the Limousine?
No, we do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles.
May I request a particular driver or limousine?
Yes, this should be done at the time you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Do I need to call and confirm my reservations?
Sterling Elite will be contacting you several days before your reservation. If you are not contacted please call the office no later than the day before you are scheduled to be picked up.
