What are the shuttle hours of operation?


The shuttle operates based on a set time schedule. Please refer to our shuttle time schedule for more information. Reservations required.




Can I bring my pet on the shuttle?


Any pet over 10 pounds will be charged the additional passenger rate. Smaller pets under 10 pounds are at no cost if they do not occupy a seat on the shuttle. We must be notified of any pets you plan on bringing with you.




What if I need a car seat?


Car seats and booster seats are available upon request for a $25 fee.




Am I limited to the amount of luggage I can bring?


Two checked bags and two personal bags per person.




What if my flight cancels?


If your flight gets canceled, you must notify our office as soon as possible. A $25 fee may be charged for reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

What are your COVID-19 precautions?


In effort to reduce the risk to our travelers and drivers we have taken the following steps: -All passengers and drivers must wear a facial covering while in the vehicle. -Number of travelers placed in vehicle has been reduced. -Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized prior to each passenger traveling with us. -For extra safety, please ask us about our private transportation.




Do you travel to other major airports?


Yes, please contact us for pricing if you are traveling to an airport that is not listed.




Do I have to make a reservation?


Yes, reservations are required.
